Curbside Delivery
• Curbside delivery means your order will be delivered to your driveway or curbside. For safety and liability reasons, carriers will not enter your backyard or assist with installation.
Receipt Responsibilities
• Inspect Products: Please inspect all products upon delivery for visible damage or missing items. After delivery, you are responsible for safely storing, installing, and handling the products.
• Missing Items: If any items are missing from your order, you must note the missing items on the delivery slip and immediately contact the carrier to initiate a search. If the issue remains unresolved, contact support@poolsaunahaven.shop.
• Damaged Products: If any products are damaged, please mark “Damaged” on the delivery slip and contact us within 7 days at support@poolsaunahaven.shop. We will coordinate with the carrier to investigate and, if necessary, provide replacement parts.

Return Policy
Order Cancellation
• If you cancel your order within seven (7) days of placing it, we will provide a full refund free of charge.
• If you cancel your order after seven (7) days, a 5% processing fee will be charged based on the total order amount.
Returns and Refunds
• If your product is defective or does not meet your expectations (but is not damaged during shipping), please contact us within 30 days after delivery at support@poolsaunahaven.shop.
• Returned items must be properly packaged, placed on a pallet, and shipped back. We may ask for photos or require the item to be returned before issuing a refund or replacement.
