We have carefully selected top-tier sauna heaters to pair with our saunas, ensuring an exceptional experience no matter what you choose. When selecting a heater, consider factors such as design, Wi-Fi versus manual control, dry versus humid heat, and your budget.

• Coast: A traditional Finnish wall-mounted heater with dual manual controls. You can set it to start heating automatically, up to 8 hours after it is set. With 40 lbs. of rocks, this heater heats quickly and allows you to create steam by ladling water over the stones.
• Toule: Same reliable performance as the classic Coast model, with added Wi-Fi control. Manage your sauna remotely, wherever you are. Set your weekly sauna schedule through the mobile app so your sauna is preheated exactly when you need it.
• Harvia KIP: Traditional Finnish wall-mounted heater with dual manual controls, including a delay timer. Heats quickly with 40 lbs. of rocks and allows you to create steam by ladling water over the stones.
• Harvia KIP Wi-Fi: Same performance as the classic KIP model, with Wi-Fi control. Manage your sauna remotely and set a weekly schedule for automatic preheating.
• Harvia Spirit: Modern heater with curved design and Wi-Fi control. Holds a substantial number of open-air rounded stones, providing soft, ample steam for an enhanced sauna experience while adding a stylish touch to your space.

You are responsible for the shipping and handling fees displayed at checkout. Once the order is shipped, address changes may not be processed.
• Shipping Fee Adjustments: We reserve the right to adjust shipping and handling fees at any time, but such fees will always be displayed before you complete your order.
• Shipping Method and Risk: Pool Sauna Haven will select the most appropriate shipping method and carrier. All products are shipped via third-party freight networks. Once delivered to the designated location, ownership and risk of loss transfer to you.
• Delivery Time: Delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary due to weather, logistics, or other uncontrollable factors. Pool Sauna Haven is not responsible for delays or losses caused by such factors.
Curbside Delivery
• Curbside delivery means your order will be delivered to your driveway or curbside. For safety and liability reasons, carriers will not enter your backyard or assist with installation.
Receipt Responsibilities
• Inspect Products: Please inspect all products upon delivery for visible damage or missing items. After delivery, you are responsible for safely storing, installing, and handling the products.
• Missing Items: If any items are missing from your order, you must note the missing items on the delivery slip and immediately contact the carrier to initiate a search. If the issue remains unresolved, contact support@poolsaunahaven.shop.
• Damaged Products: If any products are damaged, please mark “Damaged” on the delivery slip and contact us within 7 days at support@poolsaunahaven.shop. We will coordinate with the carrier to investigate and, if necessary, provide replacement parts.

Returns, Order cancelling, Exchanges & Refunds
Order Cancellation
• If you cancel your order within seven (7) days of placing it, we will provide a full refund free of charge.
• If you cancel your order after seven (7) days, a 5% processing fee will be charged based on the total order amount.
Returns and Refunds
• If your product is defective or does not meet your expectations (but is not damaged during shipping), please contact us within 30 days after delivery at support@poolsaunahaven.shop.
• Returned items must be properly packaged, placed on a pallet, and shipped back. We may ask for photos or require the item to be returned before issuing a refund or replacement.
• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
• Once approved, we will issue a full or partial refund/credit (minus shipping, handling, and any applicable fees). Products that do not meet the return conditions will not be eligible for a refund or credit.

What is the status of my order?

Can I change my order?
Orders can only be changed if they haven’t been processed for shipping yet. To request changes, please reach out to our support team via the Contact Us form or Live Chat.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we do — provided the following conditions are met:
The item was purchased from our official online store.
The item has not been used in any way.
The item is returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.
The return or exchange request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Orders cannot be canceled after 72 hours, unless the wrong item was ordered. If you wish to cancel, please email us within 72 hours of purchase. After that, production begins and we’re unable to reverse your payment.
